Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Greater Houston area.
- Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, schedule in-person meetings, and introduce our products/services to prospective clients.
- Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to understand their specific challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and secure sales, all while adhering to part-time availability requirements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our database.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on local market trends and competitor activities to the sales management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or retail management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Must have the flexibility to work part-time hours (e.g., afternoons and evenings) without conflict.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
