Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to prospect and acquire new clients within your assigned local territory.
- Presentation & Pitching: Professionally present our products and services to potential customers, highlighting value propositions and overcoming objections.
- Closing Deals: Engage directly with prospects to close sales, negotiate contracts, and secure commitments.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics for maximum effectiveness.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional evenings.
- Driver's License: A valid, current driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local territory coverage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by commission-based earnings and performance targets.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
