Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Charlotte and Georgia regions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, identifying their specific needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information in the CRM database.
Qualifications
