Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to align with customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking
- Participate in ongoing product and sales process training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships welcome)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
