Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met daily.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase the average transaction value through cross-selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential for this role.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems is a plus.
