Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Qualify leads and present tailored solutions to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead optimization
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline

Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
