Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping journey.
- Sales Performance: Actively participate in sales goals and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and meet daily targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a pristine and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our modern POS systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and fellow associates to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
- Feedback Loop: Share customer insights and product feedback with the management team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
