Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and needs analysis for prospective clients.
- Nurture relationships with existing leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage customer data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A high level of self-motivation and a drive to earn commission.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
