Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Execute consultative sales presentations for SaaS solutions
- Exceed monthly quotas by 25%+ using data-driven prospecting
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Participate in weekend shift rotational coverage (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Develop territory-specific sales strategies with account managers
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex enterprise clients
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
