Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales leads from our proprietary CRM system
- Present product solutions via phone/video conferences to qualified prospects
- Close 15-25 deals monthly with average transaction values of $2,500-$5,000
- Document all client interactions and sales data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction scores
- Participate in daily training sessions on product updates and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with verifiable commission earnings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
