Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build rapport with potential clients and schedule qualified appointments.
- Present our solutions to decision-makers and effectively overcome objections.
- Manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM knowledge.
