Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads through targeted campaigns
- Exceed quarterly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting
- Present product demos to C-level executives and key decision-makers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
