Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored solutions to prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications preferred
