Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets in Ohio and Florida markets
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Present compelling product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Close complex deals with minimal oversight while maintaining ethical sales practices
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and document client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40% of the time (OH/FL focus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant a plus
