Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads during night hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to recommend our products and services effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize CRM software to accurately track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
