Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting tailored solutions to complex business needs
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively communicating product value propositions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce CRM while tracking KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales acceleration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
