Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, and ensure inventory is stocked and ready for sale.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve weekly and monthly department goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
