As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct high-intensity sales calls and presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate value and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a commission-based environment (B2B sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for success.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
