Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales quotas and market expansion goals
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-value B2B clients in the San Jose metropolitan area
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and client presentations at client sites
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Track record of selling SaaS solutions, enterprise software, or technology services
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce required)
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
