Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Utilize CRM tools to identify and qualify potential customers via phone and email outreach.
- Conduct Sales Calls: Perform high-volume outbound calling to present our services and meet sales targets.
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming leads with professionalism, providing product information and scheduling appointments.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update client records, and track progress in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the account management and marketing teams to align on strategies.
- Meet KPIs: Consistently hit weekly metrics regarding call volume, lead conversion, and appointment setting.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales automation platforms is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and maintain high energy levels during shifts.

- Availability: Ability to work a part-time schedule (20-25 hours per week) during business hours.
