Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage and maintain a high-volume pipeline within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (Entry Level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
