Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize account value
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings
