Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine how our products/services can solve client problems.
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to potential customers.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline status using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Houston, TX and Pennsylvania regions.
