Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively prospect and engage with new clients through cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Close Deals: Present and demonstrate our premium products/services, effectively overcoming objections to secure sales contracts.
- Manage Pipeline: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and update account status accurately.
- Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Client Retention: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales preferred but not required for high performers.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience highly desirable).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a hunger to earn uncapped commission.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
