Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads in the Western United States during the night shift.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close sales.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM and track all interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote or hybrid work.
