Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or direct sales (Direct Hire focus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
