Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new leads and revenue.
- Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Close deals over the phone and negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to track leads, manage pipelines, and update customer data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
