Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
