Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage potential high-value clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective buyers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding leads, activities, and deals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Drive: Demonstrated ability to work in a commission-heavy environment with a focus on hitting high targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the wider sales team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
