Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Sales Calls: Conduct productive phone calls and video conferences to introduce our products/services and demonstrate value.
- Scheduling: Book qualified meetings and demos directly into the sales team's calendar.
- Closing: Assist in the sales process by addressing client objections and moving leads through the funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly activity reports on prospecting efforts and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Location: Must reside within the United States (Louisville, KY or Florida preferred).
