Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Manage a high volume of leads through our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
