As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients and closing deals. We value local talent and are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads within the local Long Beach community.
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM database with 100% accuracy.
- Present product demonstrations and answer client inquiries to overcome objections and close sales.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to closed deal.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a part-time capacity.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and earn commission.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
