Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Nurture inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update client records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities within Pennsylvania and beyond.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Ability to learn complex product information quickly and explain it clearly.
