Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via Zoom or phone calls.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and close deals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) with a reliable schedule.
