Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Accurately document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid US work authorization
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week (weekdays + weekends)
