Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn within Southern California territory
- Present product demonstrations to decision-makers across various industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while documenting activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in daily stand-ups and quarterly sales reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
