Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients through face-to-face meetings and strategic networking
- Develop customized sales presentations demonstrating product value propositions
- Achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining client relationship satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM system with weekly reporting

Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with B2B experience
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently on weekends
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Austin market knowledge strongly preferred
