Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Proactively identify and qualify leads within the Chicago and Virginia territories to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in the Chicago and Virginia regions to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts to the regional management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a hunger for a Base + Bonus compensation model.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned regions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
