Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails during designated night hours.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and reliably during the night shift (flexibility required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
