Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads to determine client needs and budget.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to secure sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
