- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Present product solutions to qualified leads via virtual demonstrations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
