Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations and consultations
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for key verticals
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Provide exceptional customer experience to drive retention and referrals
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and quarterly incentive programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to overcome objections effectively
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm) with flexibility during weekdays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
