Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Demonstrations: Present our innovative products and services to prospective customers via phone and video.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close sales to meet daily and weekly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our Salesforce CRM.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and management to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the ability to work in a commission-based environment.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some evenings.
