Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships across Arizona
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and client interactions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads
- Provide weekly performance reports to sales leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Arizona (up to 70%)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
