Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Close enterprise deals with average contract values of $50K-$200K
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ qualified demo pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM hygiene
- Participate in weekly revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based propositions
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
