Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Present compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives
- Close 15-20 new business deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ activity targets
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, forecast pipeline, and track KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Attend weekly training sessions on product updates, objection handling, and negotiation techniques
- Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in CRM and provide weekly performance insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex B2B solution selling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Self-driven with proven ability to work independently in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services sales highly valued
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies
