Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage enterprise clients through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions aligned with client pain points
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining CRM hygiene
- Develop deep product expertise to consult on complex technical solutions
- Participate in team training sessions and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies
