Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads via inbound and outbound channels.
- Present and sell our premium services to potential clients in the local Baltimore market.
- Close sales deals on the phone and over email with a strict focus on revenue generation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and weekly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional service to maintain high retention rates for our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a high commission threshold.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid sales environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
