Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Present product solutions and close deals with exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in real-time
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience or equivalent performance
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
