Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present tailored product demonstrations to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by 110%+ while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 99% data accuracy
- Participate in nightly team huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Experience with SaaS/cloud technology sales preferred
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 8 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
